Steve Morris and Tax Fraud & Evasion

Below are links to documents showing tax delinquencies from 2000 and 2001. After this, I'm not even sure if Steve has filed his taxes. He definitely had income in 2003 - Here are links to two of his banking statements from April of 2003 (Page 1 - Page 2).

Did Steve Morris file and pay the taxes he had on the income from 2003? I doubt it. Here is more evidence of income, the monthly rebilling reports from Amerigreet, Inc. These were from 2004 and Showed about $34,000 per month in subscription income. Did Steve Morris pay taxes on any of this...are you kidding?

Another interesting tidbit is that if you look at all of his corporation filings (copies available here see list at bottom), only once has Steve Morris ever filed his corporate annual reports and taxes. Every other time, Steve Morris has shut down his company and moved on to avoid paying those annoying and pesky bills. Of course this is what a Federal court found as well:

J. Defendant Morris incorporated Oasis with the intent to defraud its
creditors.
K. Defendant Morris failed to observe the corporate formalities in operating
Oasis.

W. Oasis improperly transferred all of its assets to its successor entity and
Morris’s wholly owned corporation, Modern Marketing so that Modern Marketing could
continue its operations under a different name without (a) receiving reasonably equivalent
value for those assets; (b) observing corporate formalities; and (c) making adequate
provisions for Oasis’s creditors, including TNCI.

Also, as mentioned elsewhere on this website, Steve Morris has practically bragged to me about not having to pay his taxes. Especially payroll taxes. He told me that all you need to do is not pay them, then you can negotiate with the IRS for a lower amount...Usually the amount that the IRS had to refund to the employees.

Just from these documents, Steve has run up over $13,000 in unpaid taxes. Plus, I'm sure there's more. I will post additional documents as found.
