Well, Steve Morris is back at it again. As of this writing, March 18th, 2007, he's marketing timeshare vacations and probably ripping people off as well. His new company is Semantics Marketing Solutions. Click here for an online copy of the Florida corporation filing.

How long will it be before Steve Morris runs up his phone bill (Because he doesn't pay his bills), and ditches this corporation? At this same location, Steve Morris started  TIME TRAVEL OF TAMPA, INC. before he started Semantics, Inc. Did he run up some bills under this old corporation before ditching it and starting Semantics, Inc.?

It's funny. Steve Morris is a person who basically makes a living lying and cheating other people. However, I'm sure he doesn't see it that way. To him, it's probably all 'Semantics' and hence his new company name. I bet he was really proud of himself for his cleverness in thinking of that.

Anyway, as shown in multiple instances on this website, Steve Morris opens Florida Corporations with the intent to defraud his creditors. From his previous businesses, Steve had acquired a lot of assets. Some of those assets include:

Most of this equipment that I've seen in this new office is from his old offices...Especially the chairs, desks, Dell computers and the predictive dialer. The dialer itself is probably worth over $20,000. Of course, Steve wants to hide these assets so that the lawyers and multiple companies he owes money to can't collect.

I am currently investigating which timeshare companies Steve Morris is working with. I still have to verify this, but once I do, I will be in contact with the company to inform them of all of the fraud that Steve Morris has committed. I believe he just got the dialer set up about a little over a month ago. I know he was having trouble getting it working and I believe he may have signed a $7000 contract with Data-tel to re-license the predictive dialer and provide support. This is a perfect example of how Steve Morris has been hiding his assets to avoid paying his creditors. He's had this $20,000 + worth of equipment hiding in his garage for the last 2 1/2 years. He's now brought it all out and in put it into his new office. He had trouble getting the dialer to work and so he had to have it re-licensed to his current company. Clearly, Steve Morris has taken assets from his previous company, Modern Marketing Solutions (which owes it's creditors) and has moved that company's assets over to the new corporation.

Right now, Steve Morris's current manager (has been arrested for shoplifting and driving with a suspended license) told me recently that he was being paid in cash. This is well in line with the way Steve Morris evades his taxes. Clearly, based on the equipment in the office, a $7000 contract, employees being paid in cash...Steve must be making money. But, has he told his creditors? Steve Morris has telemarketing representatives working and calling. And they are calling on the predictive dialer.

Now, Steve has 24 Dell computers to work with the dialer. Back in 2004 when Steve Morris locked me out and after he was forced to return my equipment, he got 24 new Dell computers, as well as servers, networking equipment, flat screen monitors as well as CRT monitors. I'd be willing to bet that he leased these computers and has not made any payments to Dell. If anyone has any information on this, please use the contact form below.

I've also heard that Steve Morris was also doing something with affiliate programs on the Internet. I don't have any more information than that. If you know of anything, please use the comment and question forms below.

Clearly, Steve Morris is telemarketing again with his new throw away company, Semantics Marketing Solutions, Inc. He's hiring telemarketing representatives and a programmer too. That's interesting. Business must be good enough that he can grow and hire expensive technical staff. Surely, since Steve is making money, he's making his child support payments and paying his creditors too, right?

Steve Morris and Mr C have done a terrible injustice and they need to be taken to task for it.

UPDATE 4/22/07

Steve Morris has 'silvered' out the windows at his office so nobody can see in. Is this so Steve Morris's creditors won't see what he's been hiding? I think it's too late for that.

Who is currently providing his telephone service?
What is the promotion they are doing on the Interent?
Where is Steve Morris getting his leads from?

Steve Morris has closed this office and appears to be out of business. You can only lie, cheat and steal for so long before it catches up with you...I wonder if Steve Morris has learned this lesson yet?
