Phone Number: 813-969-2991 Fax: I was telemarketed for a vacation package and then cancelled after cancelling they still took the 69.00 fee out of my one account.As a result i received two overdraft fees totalling 56.00 the company then credited my account with the 69.00 and told me to fax the bank receipts and they would credit me with a check for the two fees..It has been one montha dn all i get is lies from the company they said the check went out on Oct 6th it is now Oct 28th then another person said the check went out on Oct 13th then another said Oct 6th--Lets face it they are giving me the run around and do not want to pay for thier mistake --if it wasnt for them taking out the fee after I cancelled I would have never gotten the 56.00 fee--so who should pay it? I was assured that 69.00 was the only charge. I come to find out that when I saccessed the information over the internet I agreed to a $5.95 charge each month to Ameri Greet. This is how they began taking 5.85 per month. I was not aware that hwen I accessed the information about the trip, I was actually telling these people to access my ckecking account each month.
