Phone Number: 877-624-7338 Fax: Amerigreet called me for a Florida vacation package and said there would be a $39.00 for the vacation and a subscription to their website for a month. After or before the month was over i would have to call their customer service and have it disconnected or pay $6.00 a month for the subscription to their website. Now all thier customer service line does is give me a busy signal and i have never found the link they told me to go to to get my certificate of entitlement for the vacation and they refuse connection from my ip address. I have nothing bad to say about the employees there however the management keep the employees uninfomed as to what goes on behind closed doors if you know what I mean.Customer service is trained to run you through all sorts of rebuttals until you basically give up and lose your money. The trip is 4 days 3 nights in orlando at summerbay resort and you have to sit through a 90min timeshare presentation before even getting your tickets to the theme park.if you do not go to presentation you will be charged full price for the rooms.Also there is about a $10.00-$20.00 per night tax on the room. Then you get 2 days 2 nights in Cocoa beach Best western oceanside hotel and you have to sit through another 90min timeshare presentation before getting your tickets to the Kennedy space center.Also room taxes apply here per day something they will not tell you. If you gave this company your credit card # or checking Account do your self a favor close and reopen new accounts I have heard stories that people keep getting charged long after the have cancelled there account..
