A representative from Amerigreet.com called me and told me that I had won a drawing for a free vacation to florida:
4 days, 3 nights in orlando for 4 people, tickets to universal studios, 3 days, 2 nights in koko beach, FL and ticket to kennedy space center.

At the end of the conversation he said the only fee was a $39.00 processing fee. I asked over and over again and he assured me no additional charges or fees to get this thing.

After accessing the website I have to pay a $5.95 a month fee in order to get the information on the trip to print out like he told me I had to do. I have not and will not pay it to find out what happens next.

Customer service has of yet been no help at all to help me with a refund.

AVOID AMERIGREET AT ALL COSTS!

I have received billings for a service I've never used through our credit card.

You people are difficult to contact: no phone number, no address. It seems to me that a legitimate company would be more open with such information.

Last year, I indvertently signed up for your services. I'm not sure because of being under duress and in a deep depression. We lost our son in a tragic car accident.

Please discontinue service under this e-mail address. Two days ago, while attempting to contact you, I accidentally signed up twice, I believe, under kaml@midmaine.com. I do not want any more billings. I would like to reimbursed for the past billings.

Respond to either email address ASAP. Your help would be very much appreciated.
