5/8/2007 - Hillsborough County, Tampa, FL - Below is a screen capture from the Hillsborough County Court. Apparently, Steve Morris filed some sort of action in family court against me last week on May 2, 2007 - the case description is repeat violence?! I'm not sure what he means by that. I'm going to go downtown and get the filing this week and will post to the website when I get it.

I just found this a few minutes ago and I sent emails to my lawyers.

It looks like some sort of bad attempt to get this website shut down. Steve didn't hire a lawyer but did this himself. Whatever the filing was for, it looks like it was denied by the judge. (You know what they say about the person who represents himself in court?).

5/9/07 - Here is what one of my lawyers told me (I have two):

> I checked with the Clerk's docket. It appears that he filed a Petition
> for an Injunction against you, alleging repeat violence. It also
> appears that the Court denied the petition summarily, without a
> hearing on 5/2/07. The standard to get a hearing in these types of
> matters, are allegations that there have been 2 episodes of violence
> by the respondent against the petitioner. If he did not allege such,
> then the Court would deny a hearing and dismiss the Injunction.
