LUIS ACEVEDO -
SEXUAL OFFENDER
Luis Antonio Acevedo is a business partner of
con man and fraudster Steve Morris as well as Mr C.
Luis teamed up with
these two losers in 2004 after Steve Morris and Mr C
ripped of this website owner for over $100,000. I started
this website in March of 2007 to educate people about the frauds
and cons that Steve Morris has perpetrated over the years and
hopefully protect and inform any potential future victims of
Steve Morris.
Back in March of 2008, Steve Morris created a
bogus site about sexual predators and put my wife on the front
page. He had one of his cronies come knocking on my door late
one night and the guy at the door told me that if this site
wasn't taken down, he would distribute 10,000 flyers around the
neighborhood advertising Steve Morris's bogus site.

Luis Acevedo seems to fit right in with Steve
Morris and his criminal tendencies. Not only is Luis Acevedo a
Sexual Offender, he has most likely committed mortgage fraud
when he purchased 3 large homes in a short time span. More than
likely he fraudulently represented his income in order to
qualify for the loans on these houses. It's people like Luis
Acevedo that have contributed greatly to the current housing
debacle.
All three of the houses have now been foreclosed
upon (read more about this below).

What Comes Around Goes Around for Luis Acevedo
Another partner in crime with Steve Morris is Luis A.
Acevedo. Luis was the graphic designer for Amerigreet (the
website company Steve Morris stole from my wife and I).
Luis Acevedo helped Steve Morris defraud his creditors by
helping him hide his assets. Most notably, a Data-Tel predictive
dialer.

In the process of helping Steve Morris defraud his creditors
along with Mr C, Luis Acevedo also helped
Steve
Morris set up an office in Ohio. It is here that
Mr C and Luis Acevedo helped Steve Morris hide his
assets. Not only that, when they shut down the office, they
never paid their employees...they simply left on a Sunday night
and never told anyone.
Luis Acevedo, along with
Mr C. and Steve Morris
are some of the biggest scum bags around...but now it looks like
they're starting to get their come-uppance.
Mr C just had one of his houses foreclosed upon
and there is another house in foreclosure as well.
Now it looks like Luis Acevedo has 3 houses in foreclosure.
Luis made some really bad purchase decisions and now he's paying
for it.

In all, it looks like Luis has $1,063,500 in
mortgage obligations. The last house purchase seems to be the
worst one. This house was right about 2400 square feet, making
the cost per square foot around $217/Sq. Ft. And, it looks like
he bought this house after the real estate bubble burst
in Tampa...what an idiot.
The monthly interest payments alone (not
including any principal) was around $8721 per month for all the
houses. When Luis was working at Amerigreet, he was getting paid
around $800 per week. My question is what was Luis doing where
he could afford to make these payments?
More than likely, he bought these houses to
flip...or sell quickly to make a profit. Of course the best way
to do this is to buy low and sell high...but Luis bought these
houses at the height of the bubble...Just like his business
partner Mr C.

But still, there's no way Luis was making enough
money to qualify for these mortgages. More than likely, he went
with what is called a "stated" income mortgage, where you don't
have to prove how much money you make. What he probably did was
state that his income was much higher than it actually
was. In other words, Luis Acevedo fraudulently stated his income
to qualify for the purchase of these homes. He was probably
helped by his criminal friends Steve Morris and
Mr C.
But this isn't surprising considering the people
that Luis Acevedo chooses to partner with. Luis, along with
Mr C,
helped Steve Morris defraud his creditors, defraud consumers,
and cheat employees.

Luis's latest project is some sort of social
website called wosemi.com - He's started a Florida Corporation
with the same name, Wosemi, Inc. The business is located at the
same location as Steve Morris's latest business venture,
Semantics, Inc. and the site is hosted on the same computer as
Steve Morris's other websites.

The site is amateurish and poorly conceived,
just like everything else they do. The only way they can make
money is by ripping people off and defrauding consumers. But
this sort of behavior can only make you money for so long until
it starts to catch up with you. That's probably why Steve
Morris, Mr C,
AND Luis Acevedo ALL have their houses in foreclosure.
In fact, this is the 3rd time Steve Morris's
house has gone into foreclosure. The last two times, he had to
borrow about $10,000 from family members, and he still hasn't
paid them back. I doubt if he has any intention to either.
Instead, Steve Morris goes on vacation and buys his wife
jewelry.
More Justice for Luis Acevedo
Once the banks foreclose on these properties and
the banks write off the debt, Luis will be responsible for the
difference. This is called Cancellation Of Debt income, or COD
income and its taxable. Luis may have to pay taxes on several
hundred thousand dollars of COD income this year and next!
That's perfect! It's exactly what he deserves
for helping Steve Morris and
Mr C.
defraud customers. Luis's credit is ruined and he's going to owe
the IRS a lot of money...and since he can't afford to pay his
mortgages...even though it looks like he has renters, how is he
going to pay these taxes?
The short answer is that he won't be able to and
he has Steve Morris to thank for it. He's probably put a lot of
faith into his new venture, woe is me dot com - but just like
every other business that anybody has joined Steve Morris
for...it always ends in failure. Steve Morris has the
worst track record for success I've ever seen. He's never makes
any money at what he does...and then when he gets desperate, he
starts stealing from other people.
There's only one time that Steve Morris was ever
making money, and that was when he was buying leads from me.
Other than that, Steve has NEVER made money. That's why he can't
keep up with his child support payments, why he has hundreds of
thousands of dollars in judgments against him and his house is
currently being foreclosed upon (12/9/2007) again.
Luis, if you read this...ask yourself...what has
Steve Morris ever been successful at? Where's the track record?
Why do you ally yourself with someone you know is criminal and a
loser? Is it because you are a criminal and a loser too? Do you
not see what partnering with Steve Morris has cost you? Your
Marriage...Your Credit...Your Future?
