How is Steve Making Money?

Steve Morris has a lot of bills and he owes a lot of people a lot of money, yet Steve Morris has managed to open another office and is back in the business of what he was doing before...Marketing vacations and ripping off companies and consumers.

Amerigreet Rebills:

The website www.amerigreet.com is still up and running. By May of 2004, this website was billing approximately $30,000 per month (Click here for rebilling reports from Amerigreet). There is a very good chance that Steve Morris is still rebilling customers right now. The question is, under what company name is he doing so. Well, On or about June-July of 2004, Steve Morris fraudulently transferred the customers of Amerigreet.com, Inc. to Amerigreet Online, Inc.   Those wishing to investigate Steve Morris's income should subpoena Mr C and CW. These individuals would be very familiar with Steve Morris's financial situation and may have even aided in some of his schemes.

Back in January of 2004, Steve Morris confided to me that he once accidentally deposited a bunch of customer's checks twice and there was little to no fallout. One of the payment methods that was accepted by Steve Morris's company, 'Modern Marketing Solutions, Inc.' was check by phone. The marketing rep would collect the customers checking account information and that information along with the amount would be printed onto paper checks by Steve Morris himself and then deposited. Based on my knowledge and experience with Steve Morris, I would say that it is highly likely that Steve Morris has, on more than one occasion, intentionally double billed customers by printing out their checks and depositing them and he has probably continued to do so to this day. Looking back, I've been able to identify one instance where I believe this action may have occurred. On or around December of 2003, Steve Morris was banking with AmSouth Bank. The branch was located at:

13944 N. Dale Mabry Hwy
Tampa, FL 33618

One of the people that Steve Morris worked with frequently at that bank was David ?. I'm sure this person would remember Steve Morris. If you were double billed by Steve Morris on this occasion, or any other, please use the contact form below. At any rate, it was not long thereafter that Steve opened up another bank account for Modern Marketing Solutions at Bank of America. I believe that Steve Morris did this to shake off the fees and bounced checks that resulted from him fraudulently using customers accounts because...well...that's what he does.

Timeshare Travelers

Customers of the Amerigreet website received a 3 day 2 night Orlando vacation with tickets to Universal Studios. These vacations (or tours) were paid for by the resort. In exchange for the vacation, the traveler agrees to attend a timeshare presentation (They usually weren't told this on the phone). When and if they purchase a timeshare, quite often the referring marketer receives commission. It is very possible that Steve Morris has received many tens of thousands of dollars in commissions from these tour companies in Orlando, Florida:

E Tour and Travel
3626 Quadrangle Boulevard
Suite 400
Orlando, Florida 32817

Summer Bay Resorts
25 Town Center Blvd.
Suite C
Clermont, Fl 34714
