Steve Morris & Eric Cadwallader
Below is part of an email that was
sent to the company that was the credit card gateway for Steve Morris's
company. After receiving this email and many other complaints from customers
who had been ripped off by Steve Morris and Eric Cadwallader, Authorize.net
quickly investigated the matter and shut down his account.
Most of these emails below relate to
the unauthorized charges to peoples checking and credit cards by Steve
Morris and Eric Cadwallader based on a scheme Steve Morris came up with to
defraud his customers. Click here

To Whom It May Concern:
Below are some of the complaints that have been received with regards
to your client, Modern Marketing Solutions, Inc. In
nearly every case, either someone has been deceived or has been
charged/debited an unexpected amount, or has not received any goods or
services from this company.
Mr. Morris, the principal, has changed his Terms of Service (TOS) three
times in the last month. He changes it to suit his
needs and expects the customers to comply with
whatever he puts in his terms of service. His most recent change involves
the way he is billing the customers. Now he is charging for two months in
advance, for a website that was non-functional for over Five weeks and is
now only partially functional. For example, Mr. Morris originally billed his
customers $5.95 once a month. Then on or about July 2nd, it appears that Mr.
Morris began billing some customers for three months at $17.85. Now, his TOS
states that the customers will be billed bi-monthly for $11.90.
Additionally, Mr. Morris does not perform any voice verification of his
sales. No recordings are made and therefore it is his word against the
customers. Isn't it required to perform a recorded
verification when taking information such as credit cards and checking
accounts?
Mr. Morris seems to be playing fast and loose with
customer's credit and checking accounts, billing whatever amount suits his
needs, and this should not be allowed.
Please forward this information to the Merchant Bank
that handles this account.

I really do appreciate this and your previous message regarding my
Amerigreet account. I was totally unaware of these practices, as are many
other subscribers I am sure. I did contact Amerigreet after your initial
e-mail and they have agreed to send me a check for
$17.85 for charges made
to my debit card for services which I never used. I
was not aware that I
had agreed to incur a monthly fee just for signing
up for the $39.00 Florida
vacation package. I NEVER visited the website to
register, but I have since
discovered that I was billed anyway.

They have taken out of my account for more than 17.85 how do I get this back

I've tried to cancel my Amerigreet account, but have
no clue 'if' it has been canceled or not. I've not been notified of the
cancelation. I did have a $17.85 charge on my checking account that
overdrafted my account. And recently had to have my
bank account changed due to the threat of Idenity
Theft! I'm afraid my account numbers have been given out to
who knows who else. You can garauntee I WILL notify the Federal Bureau of
Investigation!
