Happy New Year!
On New Years
Day around 7:30 PM, Steve Morris showed up on my
doorstep. Looking quite gaunt and pale, Steve Morris
said hello and asked me how I was doing. "Good" was my
reply and I asked him how he was doing. He basically
said that things were not going very well for him.
Steve Morris
went on to apologize. He told me that although he didn't
believe he had done anything wrong, God had shown him
otherwise.
When he was
finished, I said ok and he left without incident.
Hopefully, Mr.
Steve Morris has turned over a new leaf with the New
Year...only time will tell.
Of course,
myself and the thousands of other people who have been
ripped off by Steve Morris are waiting to see what kind
of restitution Mr. Steve Morris, Mr. Eric Cadwallader,
and Mr. Luis Acevedo are going to make to atone for
their past misdeeds. |

reasonable to presume that most of the time, Steve slips through the
cracks and doesn't get in trouble - Like most people who do wrong.
Also, and presumably, like most people who do wrong he has gotten
pretty good at worming his way out of hot water. However, sooner or
later fate has a way of catching up to them and this website is fate

What has Steve Morris Been Doing?
Drugs - When Steve Morris was a minor, he was arrested for some heavy
duty drug smuggling. Since Steven Morris was a minor at the time, I believe he got off relatively

Insurance Fraud

Stolen Equipment
- At his location at 13137 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa,
FL 33618, there was a large storage area filled with tools and construction
supplies. Steve Morris had confided to me that most of it was stolen. He didn't
specify from where or from who, but that it was 'hot'. This equipment included
an air compressor, pneumatic nail gun, table saw, hand tools, and much more.
Bank and Wire Fraud - Steve has deliberately double deposited
customers checks or charged their credit card accounts without knowledge of the

Defrauding Creditors - Steve Morris opens new corporations so he can
ditch his bills from the old corporation. Even when Steve would pay his bills,
he would gerrymander the checks. He would rub it against the desk so that the
magnetic ink would be unreadable by machine. This would cause the processing of the check to be delayed by a few days. I've also witnessed him poke holes in
the account numbers on the bottom of the checks with a thumb tack or a paper
clip...again in the
hopes of making the check unreadable by machine. In December of 2004, a federal
court found that Steve Morris has indeed opened corporations with the intent to
defraud his creditors. Click

Tax Evasion - After his experience one year with the IRS, Steve Morris
realized he didn't have to pay his full payroll taxes, all he had to do was not
pay and
then negotiate with the IRS for a lower amount...usually the amount that the IRS
had to refund. Steve told me this one day...I can't remember when for certain.

I apologize & regret using the foul language I used in my previous comments, because it is not the person I am. I am not a compassionate man, but I am a reasonable man. I do however, still stand by how I feel about the whole issue. I was a little too fired-up at the time I wrote the last comments and did not choose my words wisely. I too have been a victim of fraud on three different occasions. I personally feel anyone who commits fraud is despicable. It is a criminal act, a serious character flaw and violators should be punished under the maximum letter of the law.
After I found the little www.stevemorrisfraud.com flyer in the street, in front of my house, I showed it to my girlfriend later that night before bed and she just couldn't believe it. I have to tell you...It was the first time, since we lived in our house, she insisted that I set our house alarm before we went to bed. Even though these people have never displayed any ill will towards us or any of our neighbors for that matter, it still made her feel uncomfortable enough to want our alarm set.
The following day, Steve's wife Sarah, came over to our house to confront us about the comments I sent in to this website. I was not home at the time and of course my girlfriend really didn't know any of the details, other than the little flyer I showed her. Since there are usually two sides to every story, my girl listened to what she had to say, which more than what I would have done is probably.
Interestingly enough, before Sarah came over to confront us, she had run a public records search on my girlfriend & me, and had any & all records printed-out and in-hand when she came over. Now based on my vast profiling experience, the fact that she did that speaks volumes about ones personality, character and feelings of guilt.
The bottom line is: The county records & court papers speak for themselves and honestly I shouldn't even have contact with Steve & Sarah or even be associated with them. Based on my employment obligations and the agencies I work with & for, having contact or associating with the Morris Family would be putting them and myself in a potential situation that neither of us needs or wants.

Thanks for your comments. It's interesting to know that Sarah is drving around in a new Mercedes SUV. I'm also sure the lawyers that are pursuing Steve Morris will be interested in this little fact as well.
I'm sorry to hear that you've been scammed as I have. Fortunately for me, These companies and their lawyers have obtained judgements against Steve Morris personally and it is only a matter of time before he is forced to submit financial statements and make amends for his fraudulent actions.
Additionally, Steve Morris has left quite a paper trail of fraud and I am currently putting together a criminal case against Steve Morris, his wife Sarah Morris and his close business associate, Eric Cadwallader. I can't say much more than that on this subject for now, but I will post more information as I can so that it won't jeopardize the case against him.

Has anyone been writing to a guy by the name of Lucky? He is suppose to be in Lagos Nigeria right now and they will not leave. He first wrote and told me that he was in England then he had to fly to Nigeria for a job. Now he is stating that they will not let him leave because he is a Dual Citizen of France and USA. When he first wrote me he gave me his email address as luckiano005@yahoo.com. Then the next day he gave me the email address of lucky_bartez@yahoo.com. He has a site on myspace. The first ID has a site on myspace also, but the pictures are different between the two. I do not know what a BTA is that they are telling him to purchase for him to get out of Nigeria. I donot understand why his passport would not be enough. Not many people know about this website, and have already been taken by scammers. Thre should be an easier ay for people to check for scammers, and I think that should be an easier way to let the pubic know, but how. |

Thanks for setting us straight on his status with his former "friend"...I thought that they had been married.
Frankly, I'm surprised that there aren't more instances of this...I mean Steve Morris is such a scum bag.
He used to have a tanning booth in the back of his office and he would girls use it if they would let him watch them get undressed...Of course, this was while he was married to Sarah.
I'm sure he's still doing the same thing today. I almost feel bad for Sarah, but then I remember how she and Steve ripped off my wife and I for over $50,000 and I realize that she deserves what she gets.

Thanks for the information. I just did a search of the Pasco county records and found that Mr. Eric Cadwallader has purchased two homes in the last year...and indeed both are in various stages of foreclosure.
Well, what comes around goes around and Eric Cadwallader is finally starting to get his. This is the same guy who shouted, "he ain't gettin' his sh*t back" after he and Steve Morris stole a company from my wife and I and then proceeded to defraud hundreds if not thousands of customers.
Anyway, it looks like the real estate guru bought two approx. $300,000 homes last year at the height of the Florida real estate bubble. And now...they are both in foreclosure. One is slated to go on the auction block on October 30th, 2007. See links above for supporting official documents.
It looks like Mr. Eric Cadwallader's credit will be ruined for years to come...Which is exactly what he deserves. |

Eric Cadwallader's (former) property at Glenapp Drive was sold back to the bank (LaSalle Bank) for a whopping $100 on October 30, 2007. The property was offered for public sale to the highest bidder for cash. This information is published in Gulf Coast Business Review. A quote from one of my favorite movies says it best. . . "It's Karma, baby."

This state agency regulates businesses in Florida and you can lodge a complaint with them.
You could also try the Better Business Bureau in the city where the business is located.

I don't think so. However, you should be aware of any financial transactions with Nigeria due to the excessively large number of fraud cases involving that country. Especially "fee forward" type of scams where you have to pay something to receive something. |

Is this the same Steven Morris who claims to be an eBay Regional Manager 2145 Hamilton Aveneue San Jose, California. I am supposed to mail a large MoneyGram in his name for the purchase of a vehicle that we saw on eBay and Craig's List. It seems a bit suspicious and I am verifying first. The name used as the owner and seller of the vehicle is Sgt. Mike Heron. The transaction is to go through Morris. |

Steve is now divorced and in hiding. He hasn't paid child support or seen his kids for a long time. He is pretending to be a very religious person. I don't think he understands the damage he is doing to his young children. I believe he went back to Canton, Ohio where his family lives. This man needs to be accountable for his actions. He is also driving with a suspended license, do to not paying child support. |
